By engaging Integrated Dynamics for any service — including web design, automation, AI integration, or hardware solutions — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users who access or engage with Integrated Dynamics in any capacity.
Integrated Dynamics provides custom web design, AI and automation workflow development, and hardware solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be defined in a separate project agreement or proposal between you and Integrated Dynamics.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service offering at any time. Changes to active project scopes will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.
Payment terms for each project are outlined in the individual project agreement. Unless otherwise specified:
Integrated Dynamics reserves the right to pause or suspend work on a project if payment obligations are not met.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project. This includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and any custom graphics created exclusively for the engagement.
Integrated Dynamics retains the right to display completed work in a portfolio unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing prior to project completion. We also retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or internal libraries used in the development process that are not created exclusively for the client.
Any third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins, libraries) incorporated into a project remain subject to their respective licenses. The client is responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with those licenses.
Clients are responsible for:
Delays caused by late client responses or missing materials may affect the project timeline and are not the responsibility of Integrated Dynamics.
Integrated Dynamics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. If the client terminates:
If Integrated Dynamics terminates an engagement due to client non-compliance with these terms, fees paid for uncompleted work will not be refunded.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Diego County, California.
